Behind the name is a story of family, heritage and the places that have quietly shaped who we are.

The name brings together two places that hold a special place in our family's history, each representing a different chapter of our journey.

Liffey is named after the River Liffey in Dublin, representing our family's Irish roots and my dad's hometown. It's a reminder of where part of our story began.

Knowle is named after The Knowle Country House, where my mum worked for more than 40 years. It represents decades of dedication, treasured family memories and a place that has always held a special meaning for us.

Together, Liffey & Knowle™ is more than a business name. It reflects where we've come from, celebrates the people and places that have shaped us, and represents the future we're building, one chapter at a time.
